Greensboro has been home to Tom for over thirty years. Through hard work, determination and a highly focused client service mentality, Tom has established himself as a top-producing agent for Prudential Carolinas Realty owned by Home Services, a Berkshire-Hathaway Company.
With the creation of Tom Chitty & Associates in 2005, Tom improved on his exceptional service with a talented team. The team is comprised of four full-time agents. Tom, Wendi Huffman and Joe Tomlinson are focused on listing and selling. Barry Hardeman oversees all the team's advertising and marketing. Jim Brown works as an assistant to Tom and Barry. All the team members with the exception of Jim are licensed Broker/Realtors, insuring that you're always dealing with knowledgeable competent professionals.
In addition to Tom Chitty & Associates' commitment to their clients, they are extremely committed to their community. Whether it is through the individual agent's contributions or the team's, Tom Chitty & Associates supports all of the performing arts, many charities and our wonderful city. Tom will be quick to tell you that Greensboro has been good to him. He feels he, in turn, should be good to Greensboro.
